Classical Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan




Though Classical Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan is a fantastic internal martial art, which has an appearance of a non-violence, it is also ingeniously engineered and designed in a such way that it can be tweaked to meet everyone's needs, whether that be for managing stress; improving health; increasing alignment and balance; strengthening muscles, tendons, and ligaments; and, harmonizing the energy and the mind.  In other words, though it was originated as a martial art in ancient time, it can be accommodated by negating the traditional martial training, with the expertise of a highly skilled master, to offer many wonderful benefits to all the modern individuals' health and well-being, for men and women, young and old alike.
